Dr. Ortiz Global Training & Development, LLC was founded by Dr. Jacqueline Ortiz, a distinguish leader development training and facilitation expert with a passion for developing confident, capable, and mission-ready leaders. After a 27-year career supporting and coaching managers, C-suite executives, coaches, and facilitators in the United States Army, Dr. Ortiz saw an urgent need for leadership development solutions that blend innovation with real-world application. Her extensive experience within both military and civilian sectors shaped her unique perspective on leadership—one that bridges theory with practice, strategy with action, and people with purpose.

Throughout her career, Dr. Ortiz has made an extraordinary impact:

• She has coached over 4,000 Executive Leaders, preparing them to assume command.

• She has trained more than 6,000 Mid-Level Leaders, equipping them for the demands of leadership roles.

• She has developed over 2,000 Emerging Leaders as first-line supervisors, nurturing future leadership pipelines.

• She has certified trainers at 48 leadership development satellite sites to sustain a culture of leadership excellence.

• She has designed and delivered over 150 Training Support Packages, incorporating cutting-edge adult learning principles into e-Learning, virtual, and onsite training programs.

With this foundation, Dr. Ortiz launched Dr. Ortiz Global Training & Development, LLC—a firm dedicated to transforming organizations through Leader Development Training, Training Program Evaluation, and Train-the-Trainer Programs. The firm’s approach is rooted in evidence-based methodologies, integrating instructional design expertise with data-driven evaluation to ensure that learning leads to lasting impact.
