Our Story
Dr. Ortiz Global Training & Development, LLC was founded by Dr. Jacqueline Ortiz, a distinguish leader development training and facilitation expert with a passion for developing confident, capable, and mission-ready leaders. After a 27-year career supporting and coaching managers, C-suite executives, coaches, and facilitators in the United States Army, Dr. Ortiz saw an urgent need for leadership development solutions that blend innovation with real-world application. Her extensive experience within both military and civilian sectors shaped her unique perspective on leadership—one that bridges theory with practice, strategy with action, and people with purpose.
